Privacy
asmir.ai is Asmir Hasanbegovic's booking page. This is what happens to what you give it, in plain words.

What you give when you book
Your name and email, and a phone number and a note about the call if you add them. The page also sends the time zone your times are shown in, so the invitation reads right, and whether you turned recording on.
Where it goes
The booking becomes an event in Asmir's Microsoft 365 calendar, holding your name, email, time zone, phone and note. Your confirmation and reminder emails are sent from his Microsoft 365 mailbox.
A copy of the booking is kept in Asmir's private database, which runs on Supabase, so his own dashboard loads quickly. It is removed when a call is cancelled, and bookings more than two years old drop out of it.
The site itself runs on Vercel, which, like any web host, handles your IP address to serve the page.
What you send with Send the details
Your name, your email, a phone number if you add one, and what you write. They go straight into Asmir's Microsoft 365 mailbox as an email from you, and the site keeps no copy. From there it is handled like any email he gets: his own software, using OpenAI's API, sorts it and drafts a reply that he reads before anything is sent.
Recording and transcripts
Recording is off unless you turn it on, and only video calls can be recorded. Phone calls are never recorded. When it is on, Microsoft Teams records the call and writes a transcript.
The transcript is sent to OpenAI's API to write a short summary for Asmir's notes and follow-up, and the summary is kept in his database. After any call, recorded or not, he may add a short note of his own, kept the same way.
Nobody but Asmir reads the recording, the transcript or the summary; the services named on this page only store or process them for him. None of it is sold, used for advertising, or used to train a public AI model. Ask at any point, before the call, during it or long after, and the recording is stopped or deleted.
Visits
There are no advertising or tracking scripts. The site counts, per day, how many visits reached each step of booking, how fast the page loaded, and how many times each way to reach Asmir was tapped, and nothing in those counts identifies you. Text and email open your own app, and the site never sees what you write there.
To stop anyone booking in bulk, or sending the confirmation email to someone else's address again and again, the site counts bookings per IP address and per email address. It keeps only a one-way fingerprint of each, never the address itself, and deletes the counts within three days.
Cookies and your browser
The page sets no cookies when you visit. If you apply a booking code, one cookie remembers it for 24 hours so the extra times stay open. If you choose a different time zone, your browser remembers that choice. Neither is used to track you.
If you email Asmir, your message is handled in his Microsoft 365 mailbox, where software he runs uses OpenAI's API to help him sort his mail and draft replies. He reads and sends every reply himself.
Who handles it
Microsoft (calendar, email and Teams), Supabase (the database), Vercel (the site) and OpenAI (summaries of recorded calls, and help with email). Nobody else, and nothing is sold.
Your choices
Email asmir@clinsentia.com to see, correct or delete what is kept about you. The link in your confirmation email changes or cancels a booking.
Children
The site is not meant for anyone under 16.
Changes
If any of this changes, the date at the top changes with it.
